Enhancing your performance through real data

I analyse football players and teams: how they perform, where they fit, and what would make them better.

I did not come to this from inside football. I spent ten years running research and experimentation for global digital platforms, designing structured tests, reading evidence at scale, and deciding what the data did and did not support.

That is the skill I brought across. Recruitment and development have the same problem in a different uniform: strong opinions, thin evidence, and decisions made before anyone asks what would prove them wrong. My job is to make those calls answerable.

We work in English, Portuguese, Spanish and Dutch.
